Ilios Crafted Greek: Authentic Mediterranean Delights in Charlotte, NC

It's a decent place. This was my first visit. I placed on online order for pickup. I ordered the Chicken Souvlaki plate. The chicken has good flavor. A couple of pieces had a bit of pink which I didn't care for. I choose the Greek style fries, which are good and herbed rice pilaf, which was ok. Portion is small. Atmosphere ok. I'd order again someday.

We ordered catering from here, lamb and chicken a la carte for a birthday party and everyone loved the food! Ilios just got a bunch of new customers because people were talking about the food for weeks, and we ate leftovers for days and I had no complaints! Best Greek food in charlotte, hands down.

Overall a decent gyro and fries but I feel like I didn’t get the full experience because I received what seemed like a half teaspoon of tzatziki. Without the tzatziki to tie together the fresh vegetables and cooked lamb, it felt very dry.

Ilios Crafted Greek truly stands above any other Greek restaurant I’ve been to. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, and the quality really shows in every bite. The chicken, in particular, is incredibly tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The overall experience was excellent, from the friendly service to the clean, modern atmosphere. It’s the kind of place you look forward to returning to.

Let me say that it is an absolute CRIME that this place is not packed wall to wall full of customers at open. This is one of the best restaurants I have eaten at in years! The staff was so friendly and kind. The manager Sabrina was willing to let us try and food we wanted and offered great suggestions. The food is exceptionally fresh and absolutely full of flavor. The meats are roasted over a charcoal grill and sauces are clearly made in house. The spanakopita is also made by hand and came fresh out of the over when I arrived. Absolutely everything about this was a treat! Do yourself a favor and go!

Ive visited other locations and I must say this one stands out for me because, of their exceptional (5 star )customer service.The manager(Savina)goes above and beyond to exceed expectations to give you a memorable dinning experience.Her stuff is well coordinated ,friendly and efficient!This is the best location!! Hands down…

Very cute place. Food was good. Loved the beet salad. Wish I knew what more of the dishes were when ordering, had a hard time ordering some of sides cause I wasn’t sure exactly what they were. Only taking a star off cause I wasn’t WOWED by the food (especially for the price)

We love Ilios!! We have been several times and the food is always great. Fresh, flavorful and serving sizes are plentiful. The most recent time we went was our favorite - we chatted with the owner/manager Frank and he had us try out the pork - SO. GOOD. Melted in your mouth. Can’t go wrong with the fresh pita, red pepper feta, giant beans, really anything on the menu. What stood out to us most was the staff. Everyone we came in contact with was lovely and so genuine. One of the other staff members gave us recommendations for our upcoming trip to Portugal. The 20 minutes we were in there picking up our dinner was the highlight of our day. Most of the time when you go into any fast casual place these days, you are barely acknowledged or helped so this was so refreshing. Food was 10/10 but the staff made our experience 11/10.
